This website represents a centralized showcase of Turkish defense industry capabilities for international cooperation and official communication.
DEVTÜRKS is a Government-to-Government (G2G) and Business-to-Government (B2G) cooperation platform designed to present Turkish defense and technology products under one digital roof.
The platform allows authorized institutions to express interest in products, initiate official communication processes, and coordinate international cooperation activities.
This website does not perform direct sales or commercial transactions. All interactions are conducted through official and diplomatic channels.
(Conceptual Prototype – Institutional Facilitation Model)
The “Add to Contract” feature allows users to collect selected defense-related products into a structured request list for documentation and presentation purposes.
Users define quantities and add relevant technical notes or operational requirements for each item to ensure clarity and completeness of the request.
Users authenticate their account and submit organizational details to ensure that requests are properly structured and attributed to the correct entity.
Submitted requests are formatted into a standardized structure to support clear communication and easier interpretation by relevant institutional stakeholders where applicable.
The system supports the initiation of communication and information exchange between relevant parties, without acting as an authority, intermediary, or decision-making body.
This platform is a conceptual prototype designed to demonstrate a structured approach to procurement-related communication and information flow between institutional actors.
It does not represent any official, governmental, diplomatic, or decision-making authority.
All formal evaluation, approval, and procurement processes remain entirely under the authority of the relevant authorized institutions and stakeholders.
